Look for the BROWN warehouse building
We are in the brown warehouse, NOT the blue building.
Next door to Raymond's Gymnastics
We share the property with Raymond's Gymnastics facility.
Look for our front door to the left of the docking bays
Our entrance has a red sign with our logo in the window.
Not the Blue Building!
The blue warehouse on the property houses Swilled Dog Distillery. We are in the separate brown warehouse building next door.

Important Information
DO NOT Leave Packages Outside
You must hand your package to a staff member inside during business hours. Packages left outside the door will not be accepted and we are not responsible for them. Please come inside and wait if necessary.
Drop-Off Location Only
We are a drop-off point only. We cannot answer questions about package delivery, tracking, shipping rates, or carrier policies. For those questions, please contact USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly.
We hand your ship-ready package to the appropriate carrier when they make their scheduled pickup. That's the extent of our service.
No Liability
This is a free community service. We do not assume responsibility or liability for packages dropped off. Once you hand us a package, our only obligation is to give it to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Any issues with shipping should be directed to the carrier.

Common Questions
Can you print a shipping label for me?
No. We do not sell labels, print labels, or create shipping labels. Please create your label online at usps.com, ups.com, or fedex.com before arriving.
Do you sell boxes or packing tape?
No. We are not a shipping store. We only accept packages that are already sealed, labeled, and ready to ship.
Can I drop off packages after hours?
No. You must hand packages to a staff member during business hours (9AM-4PM weekdays). Packages left outside will not be accepted.
Do you charge for this service?
No, this is a free community service. We do not charge anything to accept ship-ready packages.
Which carriers do you accept?
We accept USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages. Your package must already have the appropriate carrier's label attached.
Can you help me track my package?
No. Once we hand your package to the carrier, you'll need to track it directly with USPS, UPS, or FedEx using your tracking number. We cannot answer questions about delivery status.
What if my package gets lost or damaged?
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Any shipping insurance or claims must be handled directly with the carrier. We simply provide a drop-off point as a community service.
