Common Questions
What's included in the account management fee?
Account management covers your dedicated point of contact, inventory management, order processing oversight, weekly reporting, and direct communication via Slack or email. It's the foundation that keeps everything running smoothly.
Are there minimum order requirements?
We work best with brands doing at least 50-100 orders per month. Below that, the economics usually don't make sense for either of us. But if you're growing and expect to hit those numbers soon, let's talk.
What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are passed through at our discounted rates with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You get the benefit of our volume without any markup. The exact cost depends on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
What are the contract terms?
We start with a 3-month initial term, then it's month-to-month with 30-day termination notice. Net 15 payment terms. We cap annual rate adjustments at 2% so you can plan ahead.
Can I negotiate pricing?
